Tobermory 23 Year Old Oloroso Cask Finish is a single malt from the Isle of Mull, released in the Hebridean Series at 46.3% ABV. Its twenty-three years of ageing include eight years in Oloroso sherry casks.
Orange, red apple and dried apricot lead into salted caramel, dark chocolate and toasted almond on the palate. Spiced raisins and a touch of sea salt carry through a long, warming finish.
