Tobermory – 23 Year Old Single Malt (70cl)

Tobermory 23 Year Old is a sherried single malt in a 70cl bottle. It began as the Tobermory 15 Year Old, and the whisky was then left in its Oloroso casks for a further eight years. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour. The character is sherried, with salted toffee and floral honey. It finishes with caramelised walnuts and a subtle salty undercurrent.
