Tobermory – 26 Year Old Expression 4 Oloroso Cask Finish (70cl, 49.2%)

Tobermory Expression 4 is a 26-year-old unpeated Island single malt, finished in Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at a cask strength of 49.2% in a 70cl bottle. It is the fourth of five planned Expressions in the distillery's Hebridean series, and it is bottled without colouring or chill filtration. The series began with Gonzalez-Byass Oloroso casks that had been intended for a Tobermory 15-year-old but were set aside for extended finishing instead. Every Expression comes from that same batch of casks, each with a further year of finishing. The first, a 23-year-old, was released in 2020.
