An independently bottled 27 year old single cask malt from Tobermory, the distillery on the Isle of Mull. It was distilled in 1995 and matured in a refill hogshead, and bottled by Stiùbhart in a 70cl bottle at 42.9%.
The whisky is at natural colour and strength, with no chill filtration. The bottle artwork was created by KMG.
The nose offers Haribo hearts, violets, peach liqueur, white tea, linseed oil, meadow herbs and soft wet driftwood. On the palate come linseed, wax polish, gooseberries, unripe pear, quince, juniper and golden raisins, with balanced acidity. The finish is Lapsang Souchong, fennel, caraway and drying oak.
