Tobermory – 27 Year Old Single Malt (70cl, 53.1%)

This is a 27 year old single malt from Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull, bottled at 53.1% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in oak casks for 27 years and is presented with natural colour and without chill filtration. Tobermory is the only distillery on the island. The flavour profile takes in rich tropical fruit, orchard apples, citrus zest, honey, vanilla, polished oak and warming spices, alongside a maritime character.
