This is an 11 year old Tobermory from Claxton's The Single Cask series, distilled in 2008 and bottled in autumn 2019. It spent about ten years in a refill sherry butt before a finish in an Oloroso sherry octave. Only 69 bottles were filled.
It is described as full-bodied and warming, with rich sherry notes, roasted almonds, toffee and warming spices.
