Togouchi – 15 Year Old is a blended whisky from Togouchi (Japan). Aged 15 years, bottled at 43.8% ABV, 70cl.
This 15 year old Japanese blended whisky is produced by Hiroshima-based distiller Chugoku Jozo. A blend of Scottish malt and Canadian grain is used to create a profile similar to that of a Lowland single malt Scotch. Uniquely, this whisky is aged in an abandoned railway tunnel.
