Togouchi Peated is a lightly peated Japanese whisky, made from carefully selected blends. It is aged in a tunnel, which provides steady conditions for maturation. The nose has light smoke with cereal, dried fruit and vanilla, and a woody, spiced edge. On the palate there are light peat, malt, caramel and mild spice in a fluid texture. The finish is clean, with light peat and wood.
