This is a 12 year old single malt from Tomatin distillery, released as part of its limited edition French Collection in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was distilled in 2008 and then finished in Rivesaltes casks, the feature that defines this French Collection expression. It was bottled in March 2021, after the finish, at twelve years old.
Its flavours are described as a contrast of sweet and bitter.
