This is the Marsala edition of Tomatin's Italian Collection, a 12 year old single malt in a 70cl bottle. The spirit was distilled on 6th December 2010 and laid down in traditional Scotch whisky oak casks for ten years.
On 10th February 2021 it was moved into Marsala wine casks for a further two years.
Panettone and candied lime lead on the nose. White chocolate, lemon truffles and hazelnut follow on the palate, and the finish returns to sweet citrus, with blood orange and toasted oak.
