Tomatin 12 Year Old is a Highlands single malt in a 1 litre bottle, matured for twelve years in a mix of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. Its colour is amber gold.
The nose has ripe apples and pears, sweet malt, light spice, vanilla and honey, with dried fruit and chocolate from the sherry casks. The palate is soft and creamy, with malt and fruit sweetness against fresh acidity and notes of cinnamon and nutmeg. The finish is long and warm, with chocolate and spice.
