A twelve-year-old Highland single malt from Tomatin Distillery, in a 70cl bottle. It is aged for twelve years in three types of cask, including ex-bourbon and ex-sherry.
The colour is golden yellow with coppery reflections. The nose is complex, with malt, peach and apple.
The palate is enveloping and soft, slightly smoky and persistent, and the finish returns to fruit.
