This is a 12 year old single malt from Tomatin, bottled at 43% abv. It was matured in a mix of traditional Scotch whisky casks, ex-bourbon casks and ex-Spanish sherry casks.
The nose opens with wild heather, pine and cedar, which sweeten into crème caramel with apples, pears and mango. The finish is full-bodied and buttery.
