Tomatin 12 Year Old Sherry Cask is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It matured only in former sherry casks for the whole of its 12 years. Tomatin was named Distiller of the Year at the Icons of Whisky Scotland awards in 2016.
The nose combines caramelised pears and apples with raisins, orange peel and apricot, and a hint of old leather. The palate is deep, with chocolate, caramel and honey alongside dried fruit and nuts.
