Tomatin 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 43% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Sherry wood plays a subtle part in its maturation.
The nose is fresh and airy, with rich malt and fruit and a hint of peat. On the palate come apples, pears and malt, with a gentle nuttiness from the sherry wood and a very smooth, silky texture.
The finish is long and rich, with an oily richness.
