Tomatin 15 Year Old Palo Cortado is a limited-edition Highland single malt, matured for 15 years and finished in Palo Cortado sherry casks. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, at natural colour and without chill filtration. The finish brings the sherry casks together with the distillery's own character of orchard fruit, honey and malt. It is described as showing dried fruit, toasted nuts, dark chocolate, spice and oak.
