A 31 year old single malt from Tomatin, distilled in 1994 and bottled for Chapter Thirty Four of the Whiskyland series by Decadent Drinks. It is bottled at its natural cask strength of 57.9% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky comes from a single refill hogshead with no finishing, and the outturn is 171 bottles.
Tomatin sits in the hills south of Inverness, close to the Speyside boundary, and was founded in 1897. Much of its spirit has gone into blends, so casks from the 1990s rarely appeared under the distillery's own name.
