The first batch of Tomatin's 30 Year Old, a small batch Highland single malt bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured for three decades in a combination of 75% first-fill ex-bourbon casks and 25% refill hogsheads. The 30 Year Old has won gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2019 and 2021, and double gold in 2023.
The nose offers soft fruits, golden honey, white chocolate and delicate florals. Tropical fruit, creamy buttered vanilla and mixed spices lead on the palate, and the finish is long and creamy with lingering oak and warm spices.
