Tomatin Cask Strength is a Highland single malt matured in both bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. It is bottled at its natural cask strength of 57.5% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
Tomatin was named Distiller of the Year at the Icons of Whisky Scotland awards in 2016.
The nose is typically described as syrup, orange, citrus, pear, walnut and ginger. The palate brings burnt sugar, toasted bread, chestnut, leather, vanilla and tobacco, followed by a dry, spicy finish.
