Tomatin – Dualchas American Oak (75cl, 43%)

Tomatin Dualchas American Oak is an unpeated Highland single malt from Tomatin Distillery, bottled at 43% (86 proof) in a 750ml bottle. The whisky is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and virgin American oak casks. Dualchas is Gaelic for heritage, and in the United States this is the bottling sold elsewhere as Tomatin Legacy. Vanilla bean, white chocolate and cinnamon come first on the nose. The palate offers fresh fruit with a little ginger, leading to a light, clean finish.
