Tomintoul 15 Year Old Tawny Port Cask Finish is a single malt Scotch whisky, matured for 15 years and then finished in tawny port casks. The port casks add fruit depth and a gentle sweetness to the distillery's soft, approachable style.
It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. Red fruits, toffee and vanilla lead on the nose. The palate brings sweet cherry, raisin, plum and subtle spice, and the long, smooth finish keeps a port-like richness alongside light oak and malt.
