This is a 1995 single malt from Tomintoul, bottled by Signatory Vintage in 2015 at a cask strength of 53.4%. The whisky was distilled on 1 May 1995 and matured for 20 years in a hogshead and a sherry butt. It is non-chill-filtered, and 716 bottles were produced.
The nose brings ripe peaches, dried apricot and a little spice. On the palate there are dark cherry, vanilla and gentle caramel, followed by a lingering finish of buttery oak and warm sweetness.
