Tommasi Soave Classico La Selezione

A white wine from Tommasi, produced mainly from Garganega in the historic Soave area among the volcanic hills of Verona province. Vinification is carried out with care and rigour, followed by ageing in steel that preserves freshness and aromatic notes. In the glass it is bright straw yellow, with intense aromas of white fruit, acacia flowers and delicate mineral nuances. The palate is harmonious, fresh and savoury, with a pleasant persistence. It pairs well with fish dishes, shellfish or light white meats. It reflects the tradition and quality of the Veneto territory.
