Torabhaig 7 Year Old is a single malt distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2025 by Phil and Simon Thompson.
The brothers developed their passion for whisky in their parents' hotel, where they set up a whisky bar at Dornoch Castle that is known well beyond the Highlands. As independent bottlers they have built their name on hand-picked bottlings.
Their brand and its micro-distillery are based in the castle's small private fire station, and a move to the new Struie Distillery buildings was planned for 2026.
