Cnoc Na Moine is the third and final edition in the Legacy Series from Torabhaig, the distillery on Skye. The name is Scottish Gaelic for 'hill of peat'. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky is made from Concerto barley peated to 55-60ppm and fermented with MG+ yeast, then matured in ex-bourbon, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez casks. It is natural colour and non-chill-filtered.
It is described as vibrant and fruit-driven, with well-integrated smoke.
