Torabhaig Cnoc na Moine is a peated single malt Scotch whisky from The Legacy Series, here Chapter No. 3, in a 750ml bottle. Sherry cask maturation shapes the character of this release.
The nose combines gentle peat smoke with citrus zest, bright fruit, vanilla sweetness and freshly cut oak. On the palate the smoke carries a hint of grilled barbecue alongside black pepper, a touch of balsamic, cedar and leather. The finish keeps the sherry cask influence in balance with peat and spice.
