A sweet passito wine from Maculan, made from selected Vespaiola grapes dried on racks until early in the year. The must is rich in sugars and aromas, with slow fermentation and ageing in small oak barrels. Amber in colour, it shows candied fruit, acacia honey, dried apricot, sweet spice and a light toasted note. Sweetness and acidity are balanced, giving a long, persistent finish.
