This is the official distillery release of Tormore 16 Year Old Sherry Cask, a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 46.8% ABV.
The whisky spent sixteen years maturing in sherry-seasoned oak casks, which bring a fruit-forward influence to the Speyside spirit.
It is described as having layers of dried fruit, warming spice and oak.
