This Tormore was distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2025 at 56.2%, after a finish in a first-fill sherry barrique. It is a 10 year old single malt from Drám Mór, in a 70cl bottle, and the outturn was 276 bottles.
The nose opens with dry espresso coffee and dark chocolate that is not sweet, with a slightly savoury, meaty edge. The palate is rich and deep, smooth, with a sticky fruitiness that is not overly sweet and a hint of espresso. The finish is long, as dried fruit fades away.
