Tormore aged 31 years, from the Old & Rare range by Hunter Laing, in a 70cl bottle at 49.1% ABV. It matured in an Oloroso sherry butt, has an amber colour, and 288 bottles were filled.
The nose offers hazelnuts, coffee, chocolate and tobacco. The palate is spicy and nutty with a touch of toffee, leading to a long, rich and peppery finish.
