Toro Genziana Casauria (50cl, 30%)

An authentic Italian liqueur from the Casauria region, made by macerating gentian roots, a plant known for its aromatic and digestive qualities. The gentian gives a bitter, complex but balanced taste, with a slightly sweet aftertaste from natural sugar. It has a clear amber colour. On the nose the aromatic profile is intensely herbal, with earthy notes from the prolonged maceration. It can be served cold or at room temperature as a digestif, or used in cocktails seeking an authentic Italian touch.
