Torre Rosazza Blanc di Neri is a Metodo Classico sparkling wine from the Friulian hills of Collio, an area known for its viticultural vocation and soils rich in Eocene marls. It is made from selected Pinot Bianco grapes. Long ageing on the lees gives it a fine, persistent texture with a subtle, vibrant perlage. On the nose it opens with white fruit, field flowers and a delicate slightly buttery note, while on the palate it balances lively acidity with a harmonious body and a savoury aftertaste.
