Torres 20 is a Spanish brandy of Hors d'âge grade from Catalonia, bottled at 40%. It is distilled from Parellada, a classic Catalan grape, and Ugni Blanc, the variety typically used for cognac in France.
Both are distilled twice in copper pot stills and then aged for 20 years in used French oak casks.
The nose offers caramel, warm spices, dried fruit and nuts. The palate is fruity and syrupy, with caramel, orange, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg and leather.
