Torres Jaime I is a 30-year-old Spanish brandy created as a tribute to Jaime Torres Vendrell, founder of the house. It is made entirely from Parellada and aged by the traditional solera method.
Very old brandies are blended with a small amount of rare Folle Blanche eau-de-vie from 1972.
It is complex and balanced, with notes of vanilla, walnut, flowers, plum, citron and sandalwood. It is good neat, perhaps with a little chocolate.
