Torres Jaime I is a Spanish brandy made entirely from the Parellada grape. It is aged in oak using the solera method, and blended from very old brandies.
That long ageing gives it a dark mahogany colour. The palate is complex yet balanced, with vanilla, walnut, plum, cedar and sandalwood. The bottle has flowing, organic curves that nod to Antoni Gaudí.
