A rosé from Torrevento, made mainly from Negroamaro and Bombino Nero. The grapes undergo brief cold maceration followed by temperature-controlled fermentation, then a short period of ageing in steel before bottling.
It is a bright, delicate pink. The nose shows fresh red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, with a light hint of spice and flowers. On the palate it is fresh, supported by good acidity. It suits aperitifs, light starters, fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
