Toscana IGT Rosato I Pianali Tenuta Argentiera

A Tuscan rosé made from a blend of traditional Tuscan grape varieties, selected and hand-harvested. Vinification uses modern techniques to preserve freshness and aromas, followed by brief maturation in steel. It has a bright pink colour and an intensely fruity aromatic profile. The nose shows red fruit such as cherry and strawberry, with light floral notes and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is well balanced, with pleasant acidity supporting freshness and fruit, and a pleasantly persistent finish. It works as an aperitif and with light dishes, fish, white meats and Asian or Mediterranean cuisine.
