Town Branch Bourbon Single Barrel Reserve is a bourbon aged in new, charred white oak barrels, which give it a golden amber colour with a honeyed tone.
The name comes from the Town Branch waterway, on which Lexington was founded and which was once a site of much bourbon production. The bourbon is a nod to the city's distilling history.
The nose is woody and oaky. On the palate come caramel, toffee, brown sugar and hints of cherry, smooth and sweet with a gentle warmth, followed by a long finish.
