Town Branch Maple Barrel Stout Finished Bourbon is a Kentucky bourbon bottled at 47% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is finished in barrels that previously held stout beer infused with maple syrup.
The cask finish adds sweet, caramelised maple and a slight bitterness from the stout. Deep amber in colour, it has a nose of roasted malt, maple sugar and oak. The palate is smooth and velvety, with vanilla, toffee and chocolate.
