Town Branch is a bourbon from Lexington Distilling, made from a mash of 72% corn, 15% rye and 13% barley. It comes in a 70cl bottle. It matures in new charred white oak casks, which give it an amber colour and woody, caramel and cherry aromas. The nose is smoky and woody with sweet orange. The palate is lightly earthy and citrusy, with caramel, brown sugar and cherry, leading to a soft, very long finish.
