Trail's End Batch 3 is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 45% (90 proof). It blends straight bourbons of seven and eight years old, which are then finished in Oregon oak.
The Oregon oak finish is done with staves once the bourbon reaches Oregon, an idea taken from Clear Creek's McCarthy's Single Malt, which is aged in Oregon oak casks.
