Tralcetto Dealcolizzato Rosso - Zaccagnini

A dealcoholised red wine from Zaccagnini, made in Abruzzo. It is produced from native grapes through a careful process that removes the alcohol while preserving the grapes' organoleptic and sensory qualities. The wine is light and low in calories, with a rich nose of ripe red fruits such as cherry and blackberry and slightly spicy notes. On the palate it is balanced, with acidity matched by fruit, giving freshness and purity, and it keeps a vigorous presence with an appreciable finish. It suits light dishes such as mixed salads and tofu-based plates, and works well as an aperitif.
