A controlled, elegant Pinot Nero Riserva from Tramin in Alto Adige. The nose offers ripe red fruits, cherry and raspberry, with light spicy and undergrowth notes. On the palate it is harmonious, with fine tannins and lively acidity that keep it fresh and driven, and a persistent finish. It suits red meat, roasts, game, mushroom dishes and aged cheeses. Serve around 16-18 C and, if possible, open it a little beforehand to let it breathe.
