A fresh, linear Sauvignon from Alto Adige. Bright straw yellow, with delicate herbaceous notes alongside citrus and white-fleshed fruit on the nose. The palate is lively with acidity, slender in structure and savoury, finishing balanced and persistent. Serve cold at 8-10 C with seafood antipasti, carpaccio, salads with protein, vegetable dishes and fresh cheeses.
