Traminer Friuli DOC Le Vigne di Zamò

A white wine from Le Vigne di Zamò, made from Traminer grapes in one of the most suited areas of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Vinification aims to preserve the primary aromas, enriched by brief maturation in steel that highlights freshness and natural softness. On the nose it opens with intense rose, sweet spice and fruity notes recalling apricot and lychee. On the palate it is enveloping, with a refined balance between acidity and fruit, leaving a slightly spicy and persistent finish. It pairs well with fish dishes, fresh cheeses and delicate starters.
