Trebbiano Rubicone IGT - Folonari (12%)

A Trebbiano Rubicone IGT with a bright straw colour and an immediate aromatic profile of white flowers, white-fleshed apple and citrus zest. It is slender and savoury on the palate, with freshness that supports the sip without being aggressive, a fluid texture and a slight fleshy note adding body. The finish is clean, of moderate persistence, with a pleasant herbaceous note. Served cold, around 8-10 °C, it suits aperitifs, light seafood dishes, grilled vegetables, composed salads, fresh cheeses, cold pasta, light risottos and delicate fried seafood.
