Treecraft Small Batch is an American whiskey that is, in fact, a young bourbon. It has spent 18 months in new white American oak barrels.
The mash bill is 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley. The corn gives a rich sweetness with notes of butterscotch and vanilla, and the whiskey is also suggested for making a whiskey sour. It is sold in a 750ml bottle.
