A Trentino DOC Chardonnay from Cantina di Trento, from the Concilio Linea Nativi range. It is made from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes grown in mountain vineyards with significant temperature swings. Fermentation at controlled temperature and brief maturation in steel preserve varietal elegance. The nose opens with delicate white-fleshed fruit such as apple and pear, light white flowers and a mineral touch. On the palate it shows a pleasant balance between lively acidity and softness, with a clean, harmonious finish. It suits fish dishes, white meats and elegant aperitifs.
