A refined Italian sparkling wine made by the classic method in Trentino. It is based mainly on Chardonnay, selected for finesse and aromatic structure. In the glass it is bright straw yellow with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose shows green apple, citrus, light floral notes, fresh bread and yeast. On the palate it is creamy, with lively acidity and a pleasant minerality. It works well as an aperitif and with fish and seafood dishes.
