A Trento DOC sparkling wine with lively bubbles and a fine perlage, pale straw in colour. The nose offers delicate white flowers, green apple and citrus hints, clean and linear. On the palate it is fresh, with balanced acidity and a savoury texture, a slender body and pleasant persistence with fruity returns and a light mineral note on the finish. Serve cold, around 6-8°C, in tulip glasses. It pairs with light starters, seafood, sushi, delicate fish dishes, vegetables and fresh cheeses.
